It was an excellent stay at a location close to the main road and great restaurants. the room was spacious and well, furnished with a comfy bed, smart TV with satellite channels and a mini, fridge. the bathroom was clean and well, equipped with fresh towels, shampoo and soap. the friendly staff provided excellent service and took care of communication and daily room cleaning. the terrace had great views and the scooter rental on property was an additional convenience.

There were some bugs/insects around the balcony area, which could be bothersome sensitive to bug bites.

The hotel room was clean and well-maintained. the location was great and very convenient to get to tourist areas. There was an option for free water refill which was a huge plus. Staff were very helpful with recommendations and overall quite pleasant.

the noise from barking dogs in the area was somewhat annoying when trying to sleep.

Location was great, close to beaches and a 24-hour convenience store. The owner was friendly and helpful, providing tips on local attractions and renting out bikes. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and a smart TV with Netflix.

Insects were a problem, with bugs coming in from the balcony and causing discomfort. There was a noisy dog on the property that could be unsettling for those uncomfortable around animals.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with guides to all the best spots in the area. The hotel facilities were impressive, with smart TVs and excellent air conditioning. The location was perfect for us, right on a side street of the main road and not far from great restaurants. We rented bikes and explored the city, including the nearby beaches of Jimbaran and Nusa Dua.
